After School Athletics Programs

Cross Country

This is a great introduction to competition for young athletes. We focus on team fellowship, as well as personal striving and goal setting. It is a great way to build self-esteem, confidence, and an appreciation for athletics outside of the school environment.

track and field

Young athletes are given the chance to participate in all field events (high jump, long jump, shot put, softball throw,) as well as race multiple track distances (60m, 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m and a 4x100m relay.) Racing is finished by 7:45pm.

Golf

A new program that will be held on Fridays after school. Includes two 9-hole rounds (parent’s transportation required). Open to kids from 2nd through 6th grade.

after school running club

This program is offered after school year round, giving students the chance to keep doing what they love– run. The goal of this program is to build attachment to a life-long activity and usher in what will hopefully be a healthful affinity for a physically active lifestyle.
